Returns & Exchanges

    a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. b. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    a. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include, but are not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and accessories such as earrings. b.   3. Return Process:

We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. b. Please securely package the item and include the return authorization inside the package. c. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Exchange Process:
